Hi Liz , I just received my order. As soon as I opened the box a lovely scent hit me --it was the Apple Blossom soap . Wow does that smell good ! I think I may have to order that in a lotion next time . I tried the Beachhouse lotion --love the formula , the scent is ok . I wanted to thank you for the pen & samples & for including them in the scents I picked for the soaps. I love the Doggie Soap! While visiting Floyd I purchased soap and lotion for me and two bars of the doggie soap for my goldens Poobah and Ripley. I just used it to wash them and it was WONDERFUL! It cleaned their coats and left them soft and beautiful. After washing two big dogs I still have most of the bar left so will get several baths out of it. It is much more economical than bottled shampoo. It soaps up easily and washes out easily (always a problem with big hairy dogs). Poobah was at his veterinarian today and she loved the light clean smell and his coat - she wanted the website so she could order some too. Dear Faith Mountain Farm, My husband and I visited Floyd for the first
time this past May for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time
exploring your beautiful town and crusing our old 63 Impala on the
parkway. Of course we visited The Floyd Country Store, which is where I
purchased several bars of your soap and several bottles of lotion for
both of us, as well as some to give as gifts to friends and family.
We've been using your goat milk soaps and goat milk lotions since our
return and have absoutely fallen in love with them. I do not know what
the difference is between your goat milk soap and other goat milk soaps
on the market, but I can definitely tell the difference in my skin and
the scents are divine. We love the Beach House for my husband and I
wear the Apple Blossom, both of them are soft scents and are still
clean and very moisturizing without being heavy. Incredible, really,
and the best part it's affordable and handmade from Virginia.

I just ordered more lavender soap. Bought some in Floyd last fall and I am hooked on it! I have been using the face soap for a few years and now I love the lavender for the shower. I read somewhere that the scent of lavender helps with sleep, so I put a bar under my pillow and I swear it helps me sleep better! Just thought I would let you know!

I've been using these wonderful soaps and products for a long time. The service is superb, your orders arrive very quickly. Before you open the box all the way you immediately smell the wonderful fragrance. This soap smells so good that it leaves a light scent on your skin and your bathroom will smell good too. I've been using the tea tree lotion on my face for a while now. If it is possible for skin to be in love with it's lotion, this is definitely the case. This is the ONLY lotion I've used on my face that has not in some way had a negative impact on my skin ( and I have tried MANY). It does not irritate or turn my skin red. It does not feel heavy, and it does not clog my pores or cause blemishes; in fact, it has helped to keep my skin clear. When I wake in the morning, my face is not excessively oily as occurs with many other lotions. I am overjoyed! I am so grateful to you for making a lotion that contains so few ingredients; only what I need, and nothing else! I love it so much...I just want to hug you and your goats!

I am a Nubian dairy goat, (my owner is writing this for me). She shaved me in preparation for a show. Unfortunately, she also gave me a severe case of razor burn. OUCH. I also looked terrible. Commercial shampoos only burned, but the Tea Tree goat milk soap from Faith Mountain Farm healed my burns and gave my coat a lustrous shine by the time of the show. My name is Alexis Clark and I live in Layton, Utah. The weather here is extremely dry and I work outside a lot with my hands exposed to the wind. My hands would always be painfully chapped and cracked. Any lotion I tried putting on them would either burn, or just lay oily on the top of my skin.
I was visiting family in March of this year and was introduced to the "Gator" lotion. I loved the texture so I got a little tub to take home with me. I was amazed at how soothing it was. I also love the new soaps I tried especially the fishermans soap. It is effective in removing the "buck smell" from our hands. Only a goat person can appreciate how great that is.

Wow...I just talked to my daughter. She's used the Warm Vanilla Almond Soap with French Clay twice now and says it feels really strange. It's the first time she can remember where her face feels CLEAN and not dried out. She is really impressed. Her allergies interfere with her using most acne preparations and at 24 she's still fighting breakouts from her oily skin. Most soaps for oily skin leave her face dry and red. This, she says, is the best stuff she's ever used. As soon as I can save enough money I'll be getting her some more of the soap. It'll take me a little time but I'm going to do it. I bought some of your almond-scented lotion this morning at the farmer's market in Radford. Oh my goodness, it is the best lotion I've ever used. I put it on my hands right after I bought it, and they are still silky smooth and deliciously moisturized.
My question is this: Do you think you might make a facial moisturizer any time soon? If you could make one that works as well as your hand lotion, we ladies would be in for a rare treat. Until then, I'm tempted to try your hand lotion on my face. Have you had any feedback on anyone doing this? My skin is sensitive, so I must be careful what I use.

Hi. I am the one who picked up an order from the Chocolate Spike not long ago. I was wondering if you had tried making a facial lotion? See, I have problem skin but it's also very sensitive, so I use the tea tree soap on my face, and I love it! I would really like to have a gentle goat's milk lotion with tea tree oil (otherwise fragrance-free and as hypo-allergenic as possible) for my face to follow the cleansing. Do you think that could be a future possibility, sort of a problem skin care system? No harm in asking, right? I'm just tired of hunting down facial lotions that don't cause more problems than I started with, and your soap has been really good to my skin, so I trust your products above all others.
